”We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all...

”This was in a perfect spot for us. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and bars. The inn itself was fantastic. Loved the decor and amenities. The coffee machine was wonderful with all the different choices. Checking in and out was very easy and staff was great at communicating. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Austin.”

”Clean room. Receptionest were really helpfull. Restaurant staff not so nice,cafe is good,but the other restaurant,cloasing very early. Both days I was there,they shut down kitchen and bar 1 hour before they suppose to closed,which force me to take uber and dine in downtown. Just not worthed for the money”

”The Otis has a very nice pool. Restaurant is just Okay. Honestly, in my opinion, The Otis is a 4-star hotel. Not a 5 star. They apply a lot of fees that you are not aware of. Like a resort fee? This place doesn't feel like a resort. They applied $50.00 to my account for a two-night star. It was use it or lose it. I had to eat on premise. So be aware. Also, parking is very expensive. Not a bad hotel, but also not one I'm looking forward to returning to.”

”I love this hotel I always love hotel indigo’s but this one was especially nice at a restaurant. We watched comedy show. They had snacks. The staff from inside to the doorman and I don’t know the doorman‘s name that was there but he was awesome. We were like if he treats everybody like this he’s an outstanding human being. The hotel was fantastic location easy to get in and out of the rooms were wonderful. It was just great. I would stay there again and again if I go to Austin. ”

”Staff was friendly and the location is quiet and convenient. The hotel is a few blocks east of the busier parts of (east) 6th St. and close to several coffee shops, restaurants and breweries/bars and about 30 min walk to the center of downtown.”
