”My friend and I had a wonderful stay! Great value with the large yummy breakfast cooked for us. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy it more and chat more with Stan, but we had a morning flight to catch. They were very accommodating to our departure time. They also provided a great dinner recommendation where the locals go.”

”Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. ”

”Beautiful room with a lovely roll top bath in the annex building. Plenty of parking, friendly & helpful staff. Good cooked to order breakfast (extra charge). Have the option to use the living room in the main house in the evening. 10/10 would love to stay here again!”
