”This was the second time we’ve stayed here in the past 2 years and it was lovely once again. The room is really nice and comfortable and the staff are excellent. The TV has been upgraded from last year which was a much needed improvement and is now excellent. The only minor issues are the air con unit on the wall that seems utterly useless. We placed it on the cool setting but it seems to make no difference. We had the same issue last year. Please look at or replace the air con unit. The doors...

”Excellent welcome from Concierge taking our car, great guy. Good reception staff. Arrived back in evening for a drink after dinner, bar staff fairly dismissive that I was an inconvenience from one young lady especially.took a while to get served probably around 15 minutes after being told to go sit in the lounge. Still I won’t let one rude member spoil an enjoyable stay. On departure again the concierge was very helpful and friendly.”

"Ihan ok. Siistin oloinen hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huoneemme oli melko pieni. Hotelli sijaitsee keskustan ulkopuolella. Bussilla nro 2 pääsee kätevästi keskustaan. Rautatieasemalle on kuitenkin hankala päästä ilman taksia ja hotellin käyttämä taksipalvelu on erittäin hidas."

"Upon check-in we asked if the room has a fridge and were told yes. This was important for medication that has to kept cool. Turned out that the room did not have a fridge (had been taken out). Contacted lobby, they kindly changed the room for upgraded one with fridge. This was on the top floor, where AC was not lowering the temp from 25 C even after three hours, too hot to sleep. Did not want to change the room again... The fridge was only up to +15 C, which was too warm for medicine, had to move that to downstairs for a real fridge. Staff was helpful and trying their best, but because all above left a feeling that things are not as they should be. Checking in was also extremely slow with long ques. Take your own towels from the room if going to gym or swimming, they do not offer these or flip-flops there. The lockers in the changing room were not working (locks)."
