Nestled along the white sands of a breathtaking 2.5-acre lagoon, this custom-built vacation home offers an unmatched getaway. Highlights include a private pool and hot tub, two fire pits, five elegant master suites, two spacious bunk rooms, multiple family rooms, and a gourmet kitchen with a wine cooler in the garage. Enjoy expansive outdoor living on the 1,500 sq. ft. patio and the stunning 1,700 sq. ft. pool deck, as well as a spectacular party deck. This one-of-a-kind desert beach escape awaits!

    At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

This is our second rental of this house. Both times were super! There is a lot of beach at the Lagoon, but the kids also spent a lot time in the pool. Plenty of private space, public space, kid space, adult space, and it all just worked. Two complaints: we discovered the first morning that the coffee maker did not want to brew a full pot, when we mentioned it we had a new one delivered before noon. Second was minor too, we could never find a broom and dust pan, so we had to run the vacuum. Beyond that it was a great time.

Exceeded expectations

We absolutely were blown away at how beautiful this was. Eve better in person! Very accommodating easy to get a hold of anyone we needed to at any time and just overall a wonderful experience definitely will be returning

Come for the beach, stay for the Party

We were surprised to find out that the Saturday we were staying at The Beach Front house was the kick off to summer activities with lots of fun activities for kids and adults and ending with a 20 minute fireworks show. It was icing on our cake.

Amazing!

We had a family group of 18 - all ages. Everyone had so much fun. It was the best spot to be & the house was amazing! No complaints! We used EZ cater & it was the best! The house was clean & even better than we expected - it was huge & the views were incredible. With the sand beach it was like being in the Caribbean but without the long flights & hassle. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

It’s a beautiful home. Butt…. I would not stay there again until construction with the house next door is complete. Every morning at 7:00 construction started. It’s was impossible to sleep in. That was very frustrating. The home also needs better window coverings. Next to the home is a maintenance building with huge flood lights that sign right into master bedroom. The lights make it hard to sleep. The house nees to be supplied with a product to clean the counters and a larger supply of supplies. It’s missing a few essential, like a waffle iron. The rental company was great to work with when explaining frustrating. Once they work out a few kinks and finish construction next door, it will be a great place to stay

Great Stay

We had 26 family members for a reunion. The house accommodated everyone so nicely and we never felt on top of each other. The lagoon and facilities were extremely enjoyable. The property manager was very fast in responding to any questions or inquiries. Amazing property and experience.

Perfect family getaway!

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We had 5 of our children and their families there for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect scenario. Plenty of room to spend time all together and still have our own space. We loved the home, the pool and the lagoon. Thank you!!
