”Our stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. First of all, the property wasn’t as advertised. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was out of service. Which was a major factor when booking such a large space with elderly family in our group. When we reached out, the owner knew beforehand it wasn’t working and didn’t communicate that it would be unavailable. There were several locked closets that we think had beach items. ”Have zero complaints about the lovely duplex and the area. There was a bit of construction going on but nothing that impaired our stay. The phone service is spotty and I noticed some glass in the dog walk area that was addressed immediately as they seem to have people on location to handle any issues. Host was a delight and would recommend this rental to anyone.”

”The property was great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook any type of meal. Views were awesome and the dock was great to walk on and fish from. Would definitely rent again.”

The host was friendly and accommodating for example when I inquired if the kitchen had a handheld mixer so we could make a cake for my daughter's birthday, the host put one there so that we would not have to bring ours. The host said that he would handle all of the cleanup when we left which made our last night much more relaxing than at other places we have stayed where we had to pack the night before so that we would be able to do the required cleaning in the morning.
