This cozy 3BR/3BA GROUND LEVEL home is a great location for your next family beach getaway! The ultimate in convenience, the ground level of the home holds the main living area and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. The first King bedroom has a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. This bathroom opens to a small East side outside covered deck. The second Queen bedroom also has a Smart TV and has access to a hall bathroom with shower that opens to the West side sundeck with outdoor shower and picnic area. The beautifully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large eat-in dining bar and nearby dedicated food pantry space.

Just past the kitchen is the the laundry closet with full size washer/dryer, beach towels available for guest use and a convenient back door that opens up to the grill and pool area. Upstairs you'll find a dedicated workspace nook with desk and desk chair that looks out at the pool area. The third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, comfortable leather sofa and a large, Smart TV. This bedroom overlooks the driveway and enjoys sparking Gulf views. The ensuite bathroom with double sinks offers plenty of countertop and a combination tub/shower.

A major feature of this home is the commercial grade whole house WIFI system with ceiling mounted wifi access points throughout the home and at pool cabana. This system provides uninterrupted, strong and seamless WIFI coverage in every room and by the pool. Easily work, stream, and surf with speeds of up to 1 GIG.

Spend time outdoors with multiple hangout options to include an outdoor eating area equipped with picnic table and umbrella and park style charcoal grill. A large, raised sundeck can be found on the opposite side of the property with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and is a perfect spot to gather and watch the sunset. Enjoy your own private cabana poolside with large, wall mounted SmartTV and dining and lounging options. The private swimming pool can be heated for a $400 fee (advance notice required). An enclosed outdoor shower is located just off of the sundeck which makes rinsing off easy and a must for keeping sand outside.

Beach access is quick and easy, with a conveniently located community beach boardwalk adjacent to the property and less than a 60 second walk from the front door! And we can't forget FIDO! This pet friendly home allows up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

The house was great- just as pictured online and clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the views of the water and sunset. The beach is beautiful. We did have a problem with the door entry, but Jamie responded immediately and gave us a key as backup. She was super helpful and friendly

Beautiful home and perfect layout for 7 to 8 people. The pool was maintained while we were there and was immaculate. The front door latch does not always work when the code is typed in. That might need to be checked out before future rentals.

It was a little small for what we want for next year. I did not like that the table was wobbly and one of the chairs had a bad leg that would easily cause a fall if the person did not watch the leg when they sat down. The water pressure upstairs was very low in the shower and toilets had to be flushed several times to accomplish the task of a complete fecal flush. I have never had to wash dry and put up dishes. We just put them in the dishwasher and turn it on. Not a big deal just time consuming on the morning to leave waiting on the dishwasher to finish.It would be nice if there were at lest two bath towels per person. Women often need on for hair and one for their body.It would also be nice if there were instructions on which switch works what in the house for lights and fans. It could be posted on the wall in a pretty frame, what is stations are available on the tvs.It was great that we were able to bring our pets, I think they enjoyed the beach and house.

Annual Beach Vacation

Overall the house and location are great! Any snafus we had are expected for HOT Florida summers and were handled super quick by rental team …. Only heads up I will add are …. if you have a big crew (we had six) there aren’t adequate cooking items - cooking sheets, casserole dishes, grill utensils - one large pot for pasta yes but otherwise eek needs a skillet! If you like to cook bring your favorite vessels! Beds are all pretty comfy bathrooms are ok … there isn’t anywhere where to store toiletries in the bottom floor baths though upstairs is a different story (too bad it wasn't the master) Living space was tough for a group with a single couch but weather permitting outside spaces were great. Pool and cabana were fantastic! Would absolutely stay again knowing what we know and how to prepare for our wants and needs. Easy to the beach - even more so than a few of the beach front homes we have stayed in!

We loved the house! It was great for the two grandparents to have the bedrooms downstairs with no stairs to climb. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Enjoyed the quick access to the ocean and loved the ocean view from the house, too. My only suggestion would be to provide an extra set of bath towels for each room and maybe add a mirror to the other bedroom downstairs. It was clean and well-stocked in the kitchen. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Paradise on Earth

Our house was very nice and had everything that we could have needed. It was clean and decorated tastefully. We could walk a minute to the beach or relax in our private pool. Highly recommended!!
