Step into a bright and airy open-concept living space, freshly updated with new interior paint, stylish flooring, comfortable furnishings, and cheerful coastal decor. The well-equipped kitchen is a delight for any cook, all beneath stunning vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings that add a touch of elegance.

    Outdoor living is at its finest here! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious beachside deck, where gentle island breezes and golden sunsets await. A cozy covered porch invites you to relax during those peaceful summer showers, while the newly expanded pool-facing deck offers even more space to unwind--with plush seating and a dining area perfect for alfresco meals.

    The backyard is a true oasis. Splash around in the large 20' x 10' private pool, fully fenced for added peace of mind. The entire backyard is enclosed, making it a safe and fun haven for kids and furry friends alike. Under the house, you'll find a shaded retreat with plenty of seating, a picnic table, mini fridge, a gas grill, and a park-style charcoal grill-ideal for laid-back cookouts and family gatherings.

    Gather around the fire pit when the sun sets, surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs, and let the evening magic begin. Don’t miss your chance to stay at one of St. George Island’s most beloved vacation homes. Here Comes the Sun is ready to welcome you!

    BEDS: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Bunk Bed (2 Queens), 1 Sleeper Sofa

    Amenities: Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen, solid surface floors throughout, recently renovated with new furniture and décor, sundeck and covered porch beachside, large sundeck overlooking pool on the back, under house lounge area, extensive fenced in back yard, private pool is fenced separately, firepit, outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower, gas grill, charcoal park style grill, under house concrete parking and driveway. Beach access path is directly across the street.

    1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed Queen over Queen & 1 Sleeper Sofa

    PRIVATE POOL - Heated for a fee of $400 per week.

    DOG FRIENDLY: 2 Dogs under 80 lbs. each. A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required per dog.
