The exterior of this home features wraparound decking with amazing Gulf views and polywood furniture to sit and enjoy the the evening breezes. You will also enjoy the private detached art studio for those moments of solitude to escape into your own retreat. This homes1st tier views of the Gulf of Mexico will give you a beautiful morning sunrise of natures breathtaking views. Finders Keepers is an all one level home with many comforts for its guests, a new whole house water softener, newly installed wind rated glass windows, tile floors throughout the house, easily accessible outdoor decks, plenty of nice outdoor seating, an electric fireplace, multiple tv's, and a Bluetooth speaker tower furnish the open floor plan living spaces. The King master suite with a full bath and a private deck access is on the east side of the home while guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the home with a queen bedroom facing the Gulf and the twin bedroom facing the pool area. A shared bath is located in the hallway between the guest bedrooms. The well stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, updated appliances, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, and an eat in bar area with bar stools that opens to the dining area and the living room. This home boasts of a large fenced back yard, naturally screened by beautiful native vegetation surrounding a private pool with a covered pergola, a large patio deck and a park style grill just waiting for those afternoon get togethers. After those fun beach days rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower before jumping in the pool or if you need to clean that catch of the day you can at the fish cleaning station its all located under the house, there is also a corral provided for a place to store your beach gear, So, come and enjoy our beach home and make it a keeper.
