Welcome to "PURE BLISS"! This elegant home is located on a 2nd tier lot in the East Gulf Beaches of St. George Island. Pure Bliss features magnificent Gulf views, private pool with a waterfall feature and tasteful landscaping. Boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms with additional sleeping located in the second living area. The exterior of this home offers a large private pool with plenty of seating including loungers and a concrete style picnic table. Pure Bliss features a circular driveway and under-house concrete parking. An enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and a seating area overlooking the private pool. On the ground floor you will find the Mother-In-Law suite, featuring a queen bed, TV, comfortable seating, small dining table for two, mini fridge, coffee station, and an ensuite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. As you enter this home, you are welcomed by two arched doorways, rustic pine floors, chair railing, and crown molding found throughout the home. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, offer an abundance of natural light from the large windows and double doors that lead to the large covered deck. The living area features comfortable seating, wood-burning fireplace, large TV and extensive movie/game library stored in the custom built in cabinetry. The informal dining area features a large table that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked, with stainless appliances, highchair, plenty of white cabinetry, breakfast bar that seats 4 and a kitchen island. The formal dining room features a large wooden table that seats 8, 2 buffet tables, and plenty of windows letting in natural light. Off the additional living room is the laundry room. The master suite features a king bed, direct access to the covered deck, TV, sofa and a spectacular ensuite bathroom that features double vanities, shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the covered deck; this bedroom has a shared bathroom with a standard shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds, pack-n-play and an ensuite bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo.
