Welcome to "SGI Refuge"! This unique beach cottage is one of the few ground level homes located on St. George Island. Located on a corner lot in the West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island, SGI Refuge is directly across the street from 9th Street West public boardwalk. This home features three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and a private pool. Entering the home you are greeted by an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. A large table in the dining area seats six with additional seats found at the breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable seating for the whole family. The master suite features a king sized bed, TV and en-suite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen beds and a TV. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and a TV. The second and third bedrooms share a neighboring bathroom that has a standard shower/tub combo. The exterior of the home is made for lounging and relaxing! The large covered porch features many Adirondack chairs as well as a small bar, all over looking the private pool. The private pool area is fenced in with loungers and hammocks. An observation deck on the East side of the home over looks the Gulf of Mexico!

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, keurig coffee maker in addition to a drip coffee maker, hardwood flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, private pool, elevated deck, large covered porch, shaded pergola with hammocks, outdoor shower, charcoal park style grill, concrete carport parking. FIREPLACE IS NOT FOR GUEST USE.

PRIVATE POOL (Heated for a fee of $400 per week/Cooled for a fee of $400 per week)

PET FRIENDLY (2 dogs only, No weight limit. A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required per dog.)
