”The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!”

”Charming hotel and a quaint, historic town. Comfortable hotel and well located. My only regret was I did not have more time to enjoy all the wonderful amenities of the hotel and more time in town. The hotel even left a welcome treat for my pet which was much appreciated. ”

”Parking and outside was lit up with lights, the lady at the desk was real nice and friendly. Even people staying there was real nice. ”

”Location, Location, Location. Did I mention it is a Great location? The staff were very friendly, but "Resort" amenities is a stretch. To be charged $15 to utilize the small pool area is really a joke. The room was nothing special and if it was an updated room I would hate to see what it looked like before. The kitchenette had barley any supplies to make a meal but I made it work. You get service wear for four, four tea plates, four desert plates, four bowls, silverware for four and two sauce...

”The room smelled like mold. There was a cockroach in a pool. But staff was very friendly. Breakfast was only coffee and juice.”

”Thought I was booking a family run old hotel. Turned out no staff on site, needed app to open door, room ceiling leaked into my suitcase, broken arm on couch in lobby, porch furniture was dirty, internet went down so key app did not work, smelled moldy, etc. very disappointing.”

”The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Hotel lobby guys were very nice and helpful. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk to the Biscuit Factory.”
