”Totally delighted with our two night stay here. 5 stars to the staff, the atmosphere of this historic property, comfort, and breakfast experience. The porches and complimentary wine, brandy, and snacks offered a perfect respite in the afternoon after a day of exploring the sights and shopping in the historic district of the city. The location made everything walkable and the free parking was a plus. Don't think twice....book!”

Bed sheets pillows all very comfortable. Lovely water views and sunrise. Nice little patio as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us! ”

”The location of this property is everything! The staff were all super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We visit St. Augustine every year, this was the first time stay at the Best Western. This hotel will be our go to every year. In walking distance to everything in downtown historic St. Augustine, across the street from the Bay, driving distance from the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. ”

”The room was overall clean amd ,I loved the space in the room but i gsve it 3 stars because we foumd a gummy bear and a pill in the room so that just means housekeeping didnt do there job to make sure eveeytging was cleaned . Only complaint was my order of Lamb lollipops at Hugo's , they were good however the size of each one were extremely small, not worth the $$$$”
