”A little quirky. Like having to go to the front desk to ask for ice. Like breakfast was oj and yogurt and cheese and almonds brought to your room.”

The staff were super nice and my daughter left her Apple Watch in our room when we checked out, the manager called me and said the head housekeeper found it and turned it in. They called me to let me know. We went back and picked it up. They could have kept it but didn’t. Very honest and kind staff at this place for sure.”

”Room was clean and spacious however we had a bad experience with the room mini fridge. For whatever reason it had an awful smell when you opened it (like rotten eggs.) unfortunately we were very tired and got there late so we didn’t have the time or energy to call the front desk, however we were unable to store our food cause of that awful smell.”

”My first day I was a bit disappointed in the water pressure. I went to the front desk and they sent Greg the maintenance man. He was there in 3 minutes and fixed the pressure. Absolutely was wonderful.”

I called front desk, and lady manager sounded super annoyed that I requested it and said it was every 3 days. I told her I see on clarion website it was if on request. I freak out about anything that even resembles bed bugs!! So I examine my hotel beds thoroughly! I also check all my luggage and bag my stuff to prevent taking them with me!
