The villa features a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay
as comfortable as possible, including a dishwasher and washing machine
for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is
furnished with a large dining table with seating for up to eight
guests.
The property includes two spacious lounges offering the perfect spot to
relax and unwind, with large windows flooding the space with natural
light, framing picturesque mountain and ocean views. The living rooms
each include a Smart TV, Wi-Fi access, and the full DStv package.
Visitors to the villa will also enjoy games galore, such as table
tennis, foosball, and darts for some family fun.
The villa boasts four bedrooms, two are fitted with queen beds, while
the other two bedrooms also feature queen-sized beds which provide
balcony access. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, his &
hers basins with vanity, and a toilet. The second and third shared
bathrooms both include a washbasin with vanity, a shower, and a toilet,
as well as an additional guest bathroom.
Step outside, where you will find comfortable outdoor seating and two
sun loungers, a heated swimming pool, and a stairway leading directly
to the beach, where unspoiled sands and endless sea views await. Guests
will have access to two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards, with
lifejackets included, for water adventures. You will receive a
complimentary bottle of red wine upon arrival, as well as two bags of
firewood to enjoy the indoor braai and newly installed wood-fired hot
tub on the premises.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 48, 14th Street, Shelley Point
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
