”Went too a concert after work and needed the hotel so i wouldnt have to drive all tbe way back home. Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation.”

Incredible decor, wonderful restaurants, rooms are everything you can hope for, rooftop bar / restaurant is a lovely place to be and the staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay anywhere nearby. Just book it.”

”Worse hotel ever! Stayed 2 nights and reported that the sink is clogged the first night. and nothing has been done to repair it or fixed since I checked out. Room key doesn’t work, sucks when your on the 5th floor and have to take the elevator back down when there’s a tour bus full of high school kids in the hallway and elevator. Staff was not friendly at all! I should have read other people reviews! ”

”The rooms were clean for the most part, and the staff was pretty friendly. The only strange interaction that I had included going to the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. The young lady assumed that we knew that we could seat ourselves and looked at us as if she didn’t know why we were there, but after we sat down, she was nice and the food was pretty good. we had the shrimp nachos and the nachos were actually pretty soggy almost seemed that the chips were stale before they put the queso...
