”The part of the hotel that we given was the old part which to be honest requires a complete refurbishment with a lift as we thought there was a lift but not on our side especially as we were on the 2nd floor and pensioners We were not told what time breakfast was or where to go for it also the shower in our room was intermittent so all in all not a great experience”

Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer.
