”Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. ”We had fallen in love with Artist Residence in Brighton so we wanted to stay in this fab hotel in Penzance, too. We stayed in the newest add to the hotel rooms, the cottage. Wow! If you want a unique country style cottage just for you and your family or friends, then this is your choice. We were blown away by the great interior of this unique cottage in the backyard of the hotel. Although every little detail was very well thought of (like in every Artist Residence room) and the design was...

”This was not a hotel. It was a glorified airbandb. No staff...no bar or coffee shop. Disappointing...but it was clean and comgortable. I paid for a hotel though.”
