”Hotelli on rakennettu entiseen toimistotaloon ja siitä on aiheutunut omat ongelmansa. Tämä boutiquehotelli on kuitenkin todella tasokas ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hintaan sisältynyt aamiainen oli myös hyvä alku päivälle.

”The staff, every single one, is fantastic - so helpful and caring. We had a double queen room yet there was only one chair and one place to put luggage. I think I would have received a second chair and luggage rack if I had asked, but in a double queen it seems obvious to me that there would be two people and I should not have had to ask for two chairs and two luggage racks. ”The very best thing about our visit to Montreal was this charming little hotel and the very best thing about the hotel was the staff. Mathieu, Nicholas, William, Sarah, Sam and JacqueMichel were absolutely wonderful. Mathieu and Nicholas greeted us every morning with coffee and croissants and recommendations of where to go and what to see. The rooms are spacious and the beds large and comfortable. Luxury showers with plenty of hot water. Highly recommended.”

”We stayed five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was very large and felt very comfortable. In fact, after a long day sightseeing, there was nothing like coming back to chill, eat something, watch streaming TV, read or plan the next day’s sights.
The location is very central, easy to walk to major sites in Old Montreal, with numerous restaurants, bakeries and an excellent grocery nearby. The food in this city…ooh la la!
It was easy to use the codes to get into the building...

”Everything was perfect. Did not expect washer and dryer along with soap in unit. Kitchen area well stocked. Ease of check in perfect. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Montreal”

”Was very close to amenities & Old Montreal as well as St. Catherine’s street which was awesome..
We enjoyed our room for the view up the street to St. Catherine’s.
The room was spacious, a little odd the set up with sink/ vanity outside the bathroom for getting ready etc.
Was okay as we were a couple but would be awkward for friends together.
Would have liked to have one more armchair in room for both of us. There was room for one on one side of bed & another by window for viewing..as we enjoyed...
”Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at the Mercer. The room was very clean and modern. Parking was easy and convenient, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had access to all amenities. Public transit was less than a block away. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! ”
