”Hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaikkea. Aamiainen valitettavan huonosti hoidettu , piti olla 7-10, mutta klo 9:15 oli jo paljon tarjottavia loppunut ja klo 9:45 alkoivat jo tyhjentämään pöytää. Säälitti perhe joka tuli klo 9:50, saivat kaapastua rippeistä jotain, heidän ilmeet olivat aika kauhistuneet. Henkilökunta aamiaisella koppavaa ja tylyä, vaikka muuten hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.”

”High class hotel with wonderful view. Location was splended. Only minus was that appropriate sauna/wellness was not includes/not in the same building.”

”It was a really old hotel but in ok shape. Very warm in the room, had to keep the window open and you can hear everything from the street below. The shower was ridiculously small. There’s a minifridge in the room, which was nice. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 7.30 am, ridiculous, way too early. Good location close to Altstadt and train station. Very expensive for what you get, but it appeared to be so in Luzern. Free coffee and tea available on 2nd floor.”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel. As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”A really nice and trendy hotel. Enjoyed the large bathroom. Only thing I didn't like were the fluffy pillows. The bed had several pillows, but not variety in softness. Would definitely consider a re-visit when next in Luzern.”

”Sydämellä hoidettu hotelli jonkin matkan päässä keskustasta, mutta ihan rannan tuntumassa. Hotellista sai qr-koodilla varustetun lipun, jonka avulla voi matkustaa ilmaiseksi paikallisliikenteen kulkuvälineillä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”

”We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
