”Huoneestamme oli näkymä järvelle päin ja se oli hintansa arvoinen. Aivan upea. Hotellin ravintola oli erittäin hyvä. Kaikki muukin oli täysin kohdallaan.”

However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.”
”This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! ”
”The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. ”Selvästi paikallisten suosima ravintola (ihana terassi puiden varjossa!) ja viihtyisä ja autenttinen hotelli. Sijainti melko korkealla rinteessä, josta kaunis näkymä alas järvelle.
Järven rannassa uimapaikka, mutta ylös rinnettä takaisin kiivetessä ehti kyllä tulla taas uudestaan aika kuuma.
Näinä aikoina miinusta ilmastoinnin puuttumisesta, vaikka rauhallisessa ympäristössä pystyi pitämään ikkunat auki yöllä, mikä viilensi huonetta vähitellen.

”While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.”
