What a view!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sol Inclination. The home and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The views are just incredible!! The property manager Beth made check in and check out a breeze. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well appointed. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and this one is right up there at the top of our all time list. Just a special place on a special island.

Amazing Views

The villa is perched at the very top overlooking Fish Bay . Stunning views where you can catch the sunrise and sunset. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay in St. John. (snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, etc) The villa is a good 15-20 min from town. The infinity pool (not real large, but good) was amazing and we made good use of that.

Wonderful Experience

This property is exactly as you see it online. It sits high above all other properties with spectacular views. Very private and gated. Great location, only 10-15 minutes from Cruz Bay. The whole family had an amazing time. This property did not disappoint.

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful place. Exactly as depicted. Amazing perch in the sky, quality property in every way. Handsome, generous rooms for all. Well stocked kitchen. Great place to hang out every day by the pool, and also a perfectly reasonable starting point for your day of adventures in the national park, Coral Bay, Cruz Bay, wherever. That first drive up to the mountain-top is a bit hairy, but you will get used to it! Be sure to rent a new-er Jeep or Bronco, so you have confidence in your tires and gears and brakes! Very responsive and kind property management as well.

All of the 5 star reviews are well-deserved! The property is spacious and well kept. The views are jaw-dropping. We had ample room for 6 adults and one teen. We arrived to a spotless house and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The details were not overlooked — great sheets and towels, access to ample good quality beach chairs, fun selection of games and books, etc. Highly recommend!!

Checking in was so easy. Eric met us at the car rental and we followed him. Driving to the property was a little tough due to curves and steepness. But it was worth it. Would recommend the property

Amazing family vacation!

My husband and I have stayed in multiple homes on the island and this was by far the best yet. The location was perfect, the home was situated on top of the mountain with the most breathtaking views. The house was fully stoked and ready for us to stay without any worry ! I would love to go back again. It was comfortable for myself and another couple ! We had an issue with the showers on the first night and the manager was right on top of it and they were corrected the next morning. Loved it all together! Highly recommended

Heavenly vacation

I traveled w my 2 children and their families in late Nov, 9 of us total. Our stay at Ol Inclination was perfect. Best views on the south side, beautiful property, property managers were great to work with. Very generous supplies of cleaning products and kitchen essentials provided, even sunscreen, Yeti coolers and beach chairs. We loved it at Sol Inclination and will stay again. You need a Jeep to get up the steep roads, but well worth it.

Best Birthday Ever

The trip was booked for my 60th birthday. The property couldn't have been more perfect. The main house is spacious and has a excellent appointed kitchen complete with sharp cutlery and a salad spinner. The cottage was perfect for two adults and two children. The pool was also in constant use with the kids. the hot tub perfect for the adults. The views of course were spectacular. The property manager was accessible and met all of our needs with a prompt response. Thank you to all involved for helping create a memorable stay

Amazing!

My husband and I brought our 6 kids and it was such an incredible experience! The road to the house is a bit much (I legit had a paralyzing panic attack driving up there and I’m used to Colorado mountains) BUT it is so worth the drive! And the panic attack! The VIEWS!! And the owner is a gem to work with! Definitely 100% refer!

Amazing Island Getaway

Amazing views on top of the mountain. The property abuts the national park so half of it faces unspoiled green mountains. It feels like you are staying in the manor house of a vast estate. The house was fully equipped and it was hard to leave it, although the island's beautiful beaches beckoned. I would definitely stay here again. It would make a great family retreat with older children (some steep cliffs) or a group of friends. Like a private resort.

The house and guesthouse are lovely. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped. The views are beyond spectacular. The drive up to the house never ceased to be thrilling! We had a couple of minor issues after arrival and James, the manager, could not have been more responsive. On our next trip to St. John we would love to rent this property again.

Sol inclination the house itself was beautiful, spacious, well thought out, had every amenity and accessory that you would ever need. The house was magnificently clean. We were a party of 6 people and we never felt crowed. The view from on top of the mountain was second to none. The ride to the house was a little steep but overall and excellent experience and enjoyed by all. The property manager James was always there to answer our questions and take care of business . Made the entire vacation very day and stress free.

Amazing property with fabulous views

My husband and I stayed on this property with our 3 adult sons and 1 significant other. The houses are amazing and the views are spectacular. As previously noted, the drive the first time can be daunting but after the first trip, it quickly becomes routine. The many deck levels provide something for everyone. It was tempting to just stay at the house and relax, hang out in the pool and jacuzzi and enjoy the views. The pictures are a true representation of the house. James was readily available to help with any questions we had with regards to the property or the area. We were happy to return to St. John post-Irma. The island itself is definitely ready for visitors.
