The Space:

Elysium Villa is thoughtfully designed for a seamless and elevated island experience.



The main level features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living space, and a full bath, all flowing out to an outdoor dining and seating area perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



On the pool level, you will find two spacious king en-suite bedrooms. Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, individual climate controls, and ceiling fans to create a comfortable and breezy Caribbean atmosphere.



The kitchen is well appointed for both casual meals and more elevated dining at home.



Beach essentials: Only Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and Coolers are provided. Snorkel gear, beach tents, and umbrellas are not included and can be rented locally if desired.



Guest Access:

Check-in arrangements are tailored to your group size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.



A BOOKVI greeter will meet you at the villa to welcome you, provide a brief tour, and answer any questions about the home. They will also share local insights on groceries, restaurants, beaches, and help you get settled in with ease.



The Neighborhood:

Fish Bay is a quiet residential neighborhood located about a 15-minute drive from Cruz Bay, offering a peaceful retreat from the energy of town.



Elysium Villa is set in a tranquil setting, ideal for those looking to relax while still being within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and beaches. The neighborhood is great for walking and running, with several flat roads and scenic surroundings.



Reef Bay Beach is also accessible from the area and is featured in the National Park beach guide for those looking to explore beyond the more frequented spots.



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate St. John’s terrain.

To finalize your reservation, all guests will receive a rental agreement for signature.
