Harts Delight on tyylikkäästi sisustettu kahden makuuhuoneen huvila yksityisen huvilan ylemmällä tasolla. Tämän huvilan alakerrassa on yhden makuuhuoneen loma-asunto. Molemmilla vuokra-alueilla on yhteinen ajotie ja pysäköintialue, joilla on erilliset sisäänkäynnit ja täydellinen yksityisyys toisistaan. Ala-asunto ei jaa tai käytä millään tavalla uima-allasta, ja sillä on täysi yksityisyys.
Harts Delight Villa -hotellissa on kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta, ilmastoidut huoneet, korkeat holvikatot, gourmet-keittiö graniittiset työtasot, tilava suuri huone ja suuri turvatarkastus kuistilla. Näköalalla et koskaan halua ottaa silmiäsi pois! Parhaan yksityisyyden tarjoamiseksi jokainen makuuhuone sijaitsee huvilan vastakkaisilla puolilla. Vietämällä päiväsi uima-altaalla ja syömällä päivällistä pöydällä kuistilla tai kannella turvatulla näytöllä on hieno tapa viettää päivä, kun et nauti saaren muista osista! Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky, vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan muuntaa parivuodeksi parivuodeksi tai jättää kahdeksi parivuodeksi lapsille.


Harts-terassi lepää maalauksellisille Chocolate Hole-kukkuloille tämän kauniin saaren etelärannalla. Herää joka aamu henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä etäisyydeltä Harts Baylle ja St. Croixille.
Nautit kaikista päällystetyistä teistä matkalla lomahuvilaasi. Ajotieltä tullessasi koet kodin kauniilla maisemoinnilla, kun huomaat rentoutuvan heti saapuessaan huvilaan. wee were told the doors would be open but in fact theywere not. When the maintenance guy came he struggled to open the doors and stated the keys were cut wrong. We struggled to use the keys , so unfortunatley we had to let the doors remain unlocked. The upstairs was as described but the ceiling fan in the kitchen did not work so without it, it was very warm in that area, The downstairs did not look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. I could write my name in the dust that was on the microwave and we found dirt on the floor and in the bathroom and the bathroom rug. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom had to be wrapped in toilet paper bc it was broken and eveytime you sat on it, you would get pinched. I think in the description it may help to say that the downstairs kitchen is located out the living space and across the porch so that people know they have to go into another space for the dining and kitchen space. The upstairs was alot better so we left our adult kids take that. It was a quiet area for the most part and the little pool was perfect. The price was great, it was just disappointing on the downstairs. The other thing is we got a text stating there would be a power outage from 9-11 p.m so we could not use the water. Giving us more than a 30 minute notice would have been helpful so that we could have got our showers ahead of time. The power outage never did happen. Check out instructions were easy. upstairs-8/10, down 6/10. id stay upstairs again

Spectacular views in quiet setting

The highlights of this property were its spaciousness, privacy, and prime location. The house had a big open great room that looked out on the very large screened terrace. A huge space for just the two of us. Would be good for a small family. There was complete privacy from the neighbors. The house is on a hill with a nice view looking out on Hart's Bay. The terrace was great for sitting and enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The house was clean and neat and we had everything we needed including things for the beach like towels and chairs. The A/C in the bedrooms only was nice for sleeping. Conveniently located near grocery shopping and gas station. We had great communication with the property manager who on the first day guided us by phone in our rental car to the property because the driving in St. John is challenging. Parking on the island is not easy -best to get to the beach early in the morning or later in the afternoon.

Wonderful spaces, screened-in porch, and beautiful views!

Our family of four (adults) spent 4 nights at Hart's Delight. Abby, the property manager, was super attentive inquiring about our preference for beds in the second bedroom (2 twin vs king), directing us to the unit, and getting us checked in. The well-laid out unit is spacious and the porch was the most amazing of those spaces. Large kitchen. Unit had coolers and beach towels which helped us out tremendously. Wifi was handy. Very comfortable! We were exploring beaches the entire time but the pool was lovely for those really wanting one. Driveway is steep with a pretty good grade break at the road which is only sketchy the first time you pull in since it's hard to see in front of the car for a split second but after that it just felt like normal St John - we rented a RAV4 and it had no issues accessing the property. This is a lovely property and we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

January retirement trip

Overall had a great time and the accommodations were fine. Our property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing the listing did not include was that the laundry is located in the one bedroom suite downstairs and is only available to the top floor if the occupants downstairs allow. Luckily, the people renting the lower level the last week were very friendly and didn't mind us using it.

I had booked this at the last minute and didn't really read right that the AC was ONLY in the bedrooms. That alone would have been manageable if there was a generator for the property. Given the amount of outages on the island, this should have been a no brainer for the owner. There were cockroaches seen by all 4 of us. The last communication from the property manager was SMH when I asked about the generator on the second day. Told the property is for sale and it shows that they don't care about the renters. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was great.

Good Overall

The screened-in area that looks out over Chocolate Hole is breathtaking. The flowers on the property are beautiful, and the greenspace is well maintained. Our property manager was an excellent person who greeted us warmly and was very accessible. This property would be magnificent if upkeep and maintenance were a higher priority. Small things like a dysfunctional shower head in the main bathroom, an exit door to the pool that needs to be squared (so one does not need to lift it to open it), non-working smoke detectors, and a refrigerator that stopped working a couple of days before departure were distractions--but we were okay. If you find things like that unbearable you would have been frustrated. On-site washer and dryer are a huge plus. Comfortable beds and furniture, very clean, not so well-lighted, but inviting. It was perfect for two couples, and I would book the property in the future (I have stayed in 7 other properties on the island). Overall, I would give the property a rock-solid B.

Excellent in every way

Excellent. All as described. Gorgeous view from the covered patio. Very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was very responsive and gave good directions from the ferry. When a heavy storm drove water onto the patio, a maintenance man arrived in less than an hour in response to a text.

Wonderful Hart's Delight

The spaciousness of this house is truly amazing - huge living room and screened in porch are highlights. The porch was our "home" for our stay - it has a beautiful view of Hart Bay and on to St. Croix on a clear day. The kitchen is spacious too, pretty well stocked and with some spices and herbs there which was nice. Ice maker/water dispenser in frig. was nice too. Bedrooms are very good size and so are the bathrooms. It was very nice to have all paper products and soaps supplied. Pool is small but fine; lounge area by pool is also small. A/c and fans in bedrooms were great, as were the fans in kitchen, bathrooms and living room. It was very easy communicating with Abby who was very responsive. Driveway is steep and narrow but manageable going slow. Fresh fruit grows on trees that you can harvest! Iguana visitor likes the pool deck! All in all this is a wonderful house!

Absolutely Beautiful

My husband rented this beautiful home for my 60th birthday. Pictures do not do it justice, as this piece of Heaven captured my heart!! It has everything you can think you will need for a stay. The view is breathtaking and dipping into the pool after a long day on island is perfect. Abby met me to let me in and walked around explaining everything. She was such a help with island suggestions. If you are looking for a place in St. John that is beautiful, convenient yet quiet, this is your place! This place has my heart! I will be back to stay!!!

Perfect Location!

This property was in a great location to get to Cruz Bay. We loved everything about it - so relaxing and beautiful. The only thing we did not love was the water pressure in the master shower and the mattress in the master bedroom, but even still we would stay here again!!

The Villa was great, a perfect place to stay on ST John. Only two problems for us - we were able to connect to the WiFi but had no internet connection the entire time. Abby tried to help but it didn’t work. Also, the pool was green most of our trip. It got serviced the second to last day we were there, so we never used it.

Amazing home

Amazing home with amazing views. Abbey the property manager meet us at ferry and we followed her to house in our rental jeep. She was pleasant and knowledgeable!! The kitchen was fully stocked and we had many meals there. There is a grill we cooked steaks on one night. This is the most beautiful home and Island!! We will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay. The house was large, decorated nicely and well appointed with plenty of dishes and all we needed. The pool was a good size and refreshing for our down day during the week. We were really looking forward to our stay and were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into the villa. The Vrbo website pictures don't do this villa justice. It was very nicely decorated, super spacious and comfortable and in a Great location. Easy access to the entire island and St. Thomas. We will definitely return!

Paradise found

Another great stay at Harts Delight, we celebrated our daughter graduating from college. This was our 3rd stay at Harts Delight. Everything was wonderful as always. Thank you for sharing your home.

Abby is the best

The house is wonderful! Very spacious and room for everyone. The enclosed verandah was fantastic and we spent every night out there. We didn’t use the pool much but did sit out there a couple of times. We needed laundry facilities and they were lovely enough to let us use the washing machine and dryer downstairs. To top it off I would love to say how wonderful Abby is! Such a kind heart and I look forward to seeing her again!!

Can't beat the view

Absolutely stunning view from a huge screened-in porch with dining table. Small soaking pool great for cooling off after the beach. Communication with manager (Abby) was great, with local updates on the ferries (incoming tropical storm). You should be comfortable driving the roads as the trip to the house is very typical for USVI with steeps hills, blind turns, and steep driveway. The payoff is one of the most stunning views I have seen which made it hard to leave the porch to finally go to sleep each night. Minor issue was ants on one bed (typical in the area after big storms) which were taken care of by previous manager who lives in downstairs unit, nothing else to mention. AC in the bedrooms made it very comfortable at night.

Awesome spot!

Loved the house! We had an amazing stay. The property manager Abigail was fantastic and super helpful. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Saint John!
