”This property needs work. Bathroom was terrible. Iron stains on everything. ”

”They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

”I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

”For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free...

”The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

”Roaches in the room. If you do go ask for the first floor only everything else smells like mildew and cigarettes ”

”The bathroom floor was rotting so it would kind of give away a little when you stood in front of the shower. The toilet was a little tippy. We had to reset our key three times because the card wouldn’t stay magnetized. The breakfast was nice.”

”My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”

”Very nice staff. Clean rooms and are updated. Pool was clean. Plenty of towels as well. Breakfast was yummy! Will definitely be back! ”
