”My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price”

”I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for work and travel around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

”My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

”I'm a retired Facility Maintenance Director. When I pay for service I expect high quality, well maintained, and clean facilities for my hotel stay. Sonesta Simply Suites is not well maintained, in fact it's poorly maintained. Cobwebs, debris, dust in the corner by PTAC unit. Behind the bedside table is disgusting. It appears these tables are never pulled away from the wall and cleaned and vacuumed. Rust build up on the caulking around the tub. Lower baseboard under towel rack in the restroom...

”The hostel is situated in a residential area. Parking is available on a residential street. The check-in process with Travis was easy. Minor issue when showing me to my private room as someone else had the same first name and accidentally showed me to that room first. But was quickly corrected. The room itself was functional. The bed was firm. The shared bathrooms was clean, but showing its age with various broken tiles. I was only staying one night in Detroit and this is definitely an option...

”Todo estaba limpio el cuarto super como. Pero nose si hay habitaciones para fumadores tambien que se sentia olor a cigarrillo por todo el hotel. Al cuarto no le funcionaba el tv y nos enteramos el mismo dia . Aunque los empleados eran muy serviciales nadie hablaba español que es una falla porque podiamos a verle comentado lo del olor pero al no podernos comunicar bien con ellos no lo hicimos. De lo demas muy bien y para el costo fue excelente.”
