”This is a great spot for a family or two couples. Small but well appointed with a fantastic outdoor space and great views. The pool was great with small kids and the hammock gets shade pretty much the whole day. Only a few minutes drive from Cruz Bay but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. There were beach chairs and some toys as well as a cooler to use which was fantastic. While we had a small issue with the water turning off, it was handled promptly and communication was excellent...

”The view is amazing. The villa was clean, but needs some updates. Kitchen and bathrooms are very tired. Refrigerator door is rusting, tile and faucets need updating. We enjoyed the pool and patio.”

Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out...

The pictures don’t even come close to how beautiful this house is and the views at the property were breathtaking. The company that mages the property (Eric and Beth, especially) were beyond helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us plenty of great recommendations as far as where to go what to do.
