”This property had the most amazing views of the harbor in St. Johns and was in easy walking distance of many of the best things to do in the area. Kathie was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would say if there was one negative it would be the mattress; needs to be replaced as it is very soft and starting to sag to the center. Other than that issue, the suite was well stocked and had that old world feel that we were hoping for.”

”The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over.”

”Super cute unit, very clean and so close to all of the things. I read some other reviews on another site and everything that guests mentioned as a ‘con’ were listed in the description (ie, parking on the street). Super comfie bed and the couch was comfie, too. We enjoyed our time here. Hosts were beyond communicative and helpful. Super duper with responses even though I seemed to have 5000 questions. Def recommend!!”

Everything was provided from coffee, to fresh eggs, butter and bread to soap pods for the washer dryer The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious and it was easy for us to fix breakfast. The hosts were willing to interact whenever we needed help or had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable setting.”

”Stayed at this property August 2-4 2026 with my husband & another couple . The place was very clean & modern . There was no kitchen table which we found inconvenient. Only 2 chairs with small coffee table up against wall the place sleeps 4 . An nespresso machine but no pods we had to go out buy coffee . Cookware is terrible . TV had very limited channels . Never heard from host I had to email him the day of to get code to get in . While these are only minor complaints I feel that a little better...
