”It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.”

”Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

”We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel! ”

We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Location, staff and breakfast were excellent. Rooms could be updated and pillows replaced. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned/ towels replaced on the last day of our stay. Came back to room after 10:00 p.m. and had to request clean towels.”
