”My room was nice. But I really wasn’t sure if it was cleaned thoroughly. Why, the bathroom had hair in it. The staff cannot just surface clean. People like me do check the beds and corners. Also, the rooms supplies were not stocked in time before I arrived back to my room. And I never found the safe. ”

”The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back. ”

”We stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive. For a 3 star, this hotel has phenomenal service and the staff all worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable. Lunches and dinners were outstanding each day. Breakfast was satisfactory but there is a limit on how many items you could order. The rooms are fairly basic and rustic but cleaned every day. The ocean view was amazing and we really enjoyed sitting in the bar looking out over the ocean. There wasn’t much around the hotel so we relied on taxi’s...
