”I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room and other facilities. I didn’t like that the fridge in the room was not working and the room thermostat was not easy to operate. It kept reverting to the low temp setting it had when I first entered the room. I mentioned these issues to the front desk attendant and was told that the fridge would only work when it had things in it. He said that if it didn’t work after a while they would switch my room. ”Didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on doors at 8 am. They wouldn’t stop knocking until we got up to answer them. Then they told us to get out by 10 when we knew we had till 12. Called down to front desk to find out this is an on going problem. They apologized but if it’s ongoing why allow it. If you don’t want to wake up before 8:05 put out your sign. Also thanks for sparing 2 towels for 2 people. Plus 1 wash cloth.”

”Mold! There was mold in our first room. We both got extremely sick from it. We stayed for 7 days and spent 5 of them sick. They only give you two flat pillows for a queen/king bed and we requested more and finally days later got them. Our second room only had one bath towel but we made it work for the days we were there.
