”Super clean and comfortable. The hotel looks new, it's well maintained. The breakfast was good, staff was readily available and helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

”Did not like the construction on the road But the hotel could not control that It was nice that the beach was across the street and it was easy access We had a great time just relaxing Linda was awesome”

”There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me...

”Staff was friendly and welcoming especially Malissa at the front desk. Lots of fun things to do near the hotel. It’s very new and very clean in a safe place loved the stay”

”There was No Internet,or Breakfast. They force you to eat at Denny's for Breakfast if you want to stay on the property.”

”Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and very kind. Everything was just nice and organized. I had the best time ever and I was alone so I was kind of afraid, but I didn’t feel that way there. I enjoyed myself only problem. The refrigerators doesn’t work. They were just like room temperature the whole time I was there and that’s pretty much it one little technicality, but I still give them a 10 I loved it there. We’ll be going back from now on when I go to Saint Augustine.”

”The bed was lumpy and it felt like it had a divot from way over use. The pillows were also Lumpy and flat. We were put into a handicap room which we did not need and the shower was way too low for someone who stood in the shower to use”

”I wish they should clean more floors. Rooma was nice and bed was clean- but floors were very dirty when we had to clean it for little bit when we came from beach, pool and shower. There was a possible to clean clothes but nobody mentioned how much IT costs. IT was 2,75 dollar per washing and once again per drying. And The cleaner costs 1,25. You should take quarter dollars with you to survive. Luckily the woman at the front disk was helpuful and ghanged us some money. Pleasant stay but dirty...

”There were two bartenders upon check in and maybe 10 people at the bar. I was not acknowledged for at least 3 minutes. The person sitting next to me ordered a pizza with mushrooms and they brought a pizza with sausage. Not one bottled water in the room. No shades in the room. The best part of the hotel was the valet, which coincidentally was the only survey I received via text and I gave them a 10. Awful stay!!”
