”There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me...

”There were two bartenders upon check in and maybe 10 people at the bar. I was not acknowledged for at least 3 minutes. The person sitting next to me ordered a pizza with mushrooms and they brought a pizza with sausage. Not one bottled water in the room. No shades in the room. The best part of the hotel was the valet, which coincidentally was the only survey I received via text and I gave them a 10. Awful stay!!”

”The bed was lumpy and it felt like it had a divot from way over use. The pillows were also Lumpy and flat. We were put into a handicap room which we did not need and the shower was way too low for someone who stood in the shower to use”

The bridge to the downtown area was closed, so it was a little longer walk than we planned for. My only complaint was the lack of waffles in the breakfast area and the breads were not well stocked. I ended up with oatmeal, which could have used some brown sugar and/or nuts. The breakfast area was...
