”This is a cute and charming place if you like that old fashioned vibe. It had too many decorations for my taste though. The kitchen is very dated and the breakfast was self serve and very basic. Our room was very dusty, but it must be difficult to dust around the many items on display. There are a lot of labels and signs for the rules and regulations which took away from some of the charm.”

”What I most like about my stay is the really nice, old-time kind of feeling to the place. It really felt nice with all these chintzy hotels around us. To have a nice, old-fashioned hotel is great.
The restaurant was right there, and their food is quite good. The negative comments I made are things like the housework wasn't done as often as I'd like. I did feel the plumbing needed a little bit of attention. But other than that, I really like the room. I like the space and the feel of it.”
