”Great location, lovely safe and clean place.”

”Beautiful historic property with a luxurious and modern take on period details. Fireplaces were cozy on a cool damp getaway. Breakfast was lovely, and homemade 4pm cookies were a thoughtful treat. All staff were kind and approachable. We could easily walk to campus and the downtown. Would happily stay again. ”

”Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

”The rooms and bathroom are a little small by today’s standards but are very clean and have a beautiful view. The complementary water in the rooms and free extra bottles at the front desk are a very nice touch. Will at the lobby bar is great and attentive. We also had an amazing dinner at Aqua Terra served by a very good waitress named Sue. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. ”

”Staff at reception are friendly and helpful, parking with in and out privileges is convenient, free breakfast box is plenty and nourishing. Location is so central. We have stayed here several times over several years and always enjoyed our stays. ”

”I am not sure what to say. March break here in Ontario and I like to take my grandchildren for an overnight at a hotel and a swim, just some downtime with them. So disappointed. The pool was so cold. We were only in it for about 10 minutes and then the two of them had to go in the shower for 15 to warm up. When I complained at the desk, they told me that the heater was broken. Don’t believe it for a second. Everything was cold. The heat coming out of the radiators cold, the stone surrounding the...

”Decent for a one nighter. Bed was smaller than the expected queen, looked a little bigger than a double but was comfortable. Tv was pretty small and they had a portable heater for warmth, interesting but okay. Room itself was clean. Staff was friendly. ”

”The room was okay. For the price it’s not what i thought it would be. The pictures are similar but its more like a MOTEL then a Hotel. The lobby is modern and very beautiful. I slept like a baby very comfortable. The motel could be better. ”
