”I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...

”I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property.”
