Sheets and bedding filthy. Went to call desk and phone didn’t work. I have a photo of what looks like a tick in the bathtub and there was grunge all around bath mat inside tub. Sheets had a clump of hair, stains, holes in sheets and pillowcases. I have photos to back it up. No way to adjust heating. Slept fully clothed on top of bedding using my coat for a blanket. Suddenly, around three am, the heating cranked up to the point of being difficult to breathe and had me stripping down to bra and underwear so I didn’t pass out. Had my pistol cocked beside me the whole night as no way to secure door. Placed chair in front, not to block opening as there was no way that was possible, but to give me warning in case someone opened it. Curtains would not close so large peek a boo gap in ground floor window. Spend the money and go somewhere cleaner and safer, especially for single female travelers like myself.
