”First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. ”Good breakfast and right across parking lot is a nice restaurant with outdoor seating with views of the lake and live entertainment. A little bit of remodeling was taking place but they weren’t too noisy.”

Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. ”Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...

”Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. ”Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

”It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.”

”The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. ”I was not impressed with my stay, the parking lot was not very well maintained and the pool looked like you were at the beach, sand all over the bottom, even though it was an outdoor pool it could have been better maintained. And then I got locked out of my room, had to go to the front office for them to reset my key. The room it self was clean, but the coffee in the rooms was not good.”
