Luxury estate with jacuzzi and private pier

  • Welcome to the Blue Pearl - a luxurious river front estate with a private pier to catch crabs, fish, kayak, soak in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy the river life.

    Four bedrooms with three full bath ensuites and over 2800 square feet of luxury accommodations await you. Pull up to your private boat dock, catch Maryland blue crabs with the provided crab traps, toast s’mores in the firepit while sitting in your Adirondack chairs. Enjoy two decks to view the sunrises and sunsets.

    Master Bedroom has king bed, gas fireplace and full floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the water views. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, double rain shower, heated tile floors.

    Second and third bedrooms are ensuite and include queen beds with luxury appointments. Fourth bedroom (Queen sofa sleeper) is attached to one of the bedrooms via a hallway.

    Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas stove with grill and double ovens, beverage fridge, and Thor undercounter fridges, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen/supplies. Enjoy the full river views and calm serenity of the water while spending family meals together.

    Living room has HDTV with cable and board games.

    Decks include Blackstone grill, shade umbrella and outdoor furniture.

    House comes with cable, WiFi, board games, linens/towels, washer/dryer, paper products, cleaning supplies, detergents, and complimentary toiletries. Driveway for three cars. Stair access for main level and decks.

    POLICYS: No smoking or pets. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be 30 years of age to book. This house is not offered as a party/event venue.

    Please--this house is limited to eight (8) people on the premises. It is not available as a venue for hosting weddings, parties, celebrations, graduations, etc. (unless you are limiting your celebration to 8 people). Thank you for your help in respecting our property.

What a beautiful Patuxent River home. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Visited during strawberry season, so got to pick strawberries and eat fresh, delicious strawberries. Had a blast kayaking and enjoying the tall beautiful trees. Couldn't leave without a beautiful hike in the woods on Horse Swamp Trail in the ACLT and ate tons of seafood, lots of it carry-out so we could enjoy it watching the river at this lovely vacation rental.

Great location on the water with the convenience of a dock, views were beautiful as was the home. Rooms were large and very comfortable. After a day of activities it was very relaxing to be able to enjoy the hot tub. Wonderful fire pit and seating for enjoying the view, toasting s’mores and gazing at the stars. Shane, the host was very quick when we needed a response.Our family had a wonderful time!

Fantastic location for a staff retreat

We loved it. Perfect and beautifully appointed in a great location. Loved the hot tub! Easy to find; lots of great little touches that made it lovely like access to purified water, a speaker, etc. Would definitely go again!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at The Blue Pearl! The house and view are both even more beautiful than in the photos and we enjoyed watching the osprey and other birds from the deck. The location makes this a super easy getaway from the DC area and the hosts were very communicative and responsive.

Wonderful stay!

The pictures depicted the place perfectly! What an amazing stay with exceptional views. My whole friend group had an incredible stay. This house was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything we needed, and huge! We will definitely come back!

The Blue Pearl exceeded our expectations. Our stay was pure luxury. The host has thought of every possible amenity from the towel warmer to the kayaks to the gourmet kitchen. Having fresh steamed crab caught that day right off of the dock was a wonderful experience.

Great relaxing stay

The house was immaculate and comfortable in a completely peaceful location. The hosts thought of everything my family could need for our few day stay and even came out to the house when we had a minor issue. We can’t wait to go back again in the future.

Gorgeous house on the water

Lovely house with beautiful views of the water. Great hosts. Had a fantastic 5 night vacation and will be back again. Hot tub was superb. If you get lucky with the time of year you may see the Ospreys in their nest!

Summer of 25

This was our second stay here and have booked next year already. The house is beautiful and clean. Incredible views from the decks. We bring our boat with us, the dock is perfect. We are able to run to many dock and dine restaurants from there. The owner stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. Can’t say enough about how great the house and hosts are!

Great weekend

Beautiful property right on the water. Close enough to local attractions like Solomons Island but once you get to the house you might not want to leave! Loved making crab cakes on the blackstone outdoor griddle.

A wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful visit at this lovely property. Despite having a thunderstorm one of the days we were there, we were able to enjoy some outdoor time, kayak on the water, and even catch a crab with the provided cages. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and spend time together. Hope to come again!

Relaxing week

We had a most enjoyable time at the Blue Pearl. The weather was perfect for kayaking, catching crabs and enjoying the hot tub. We appreciated the essentials provided and the well-stocked kitchen. This is truly a beautiful home- clean, well-kept and comfortable. Highly recommended.

River front views

Expectations were exceeded! The house was beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable. The pier was perfect for docking our boat. Nice location for short trips to Solomon’s for food and drinks. Our stay was during a heat wave and the A/C had no trouble keeping us cool and comfortable when we had to hide from the sun.
