”This is an older property but very well maintained. The room was clean. The bathroom looked to have been recently updated. The staff was friendly. It's about 2 blocks from Bronners and an easy drive to the Main Street attractions. I would gladly stay here again.”

”The staff was so nice and helpful. Food was great and service was great. Hotel itself could use some updating”

”Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, however; specifically the shower floor and the sink. Our room faced the main street and the traffic noise was very loud. The hotel is in s great location.”

”The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to get to and with in walking distance to the attractions on Main St.”

”The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was awful.”

”Great hotel! Helpful staff! Big pool and ok breakfast.”

”Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle”

”Building and rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.”

”Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

”This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place.”

”Aamupalalla oli oikeastaan kaikki loppu. Täydennyksiä ei tuotu, eikä henkilökuntaa näkynyt.”

”Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

”Nothing the room was nasty dirty not offer anything when I told them except sorry did not even come look or take care of the mess,”

”It was an affordable option for a one night stay, it was as expected”

”Great location”

”We stayed for two nights and if the drive wasn’t so far home we would have driven home straight away. The floors were absolutely filthy. My 1 year old was walking around on the floor and her feet were black. I ended up having to get down on my hands and knees to wipe the floor and the white towel ended up black from how dirty the floors were. I called to complain the first night, we were told the floors would be cleaned the next day but the floors were just as bad the second night.”

”The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.”
