House Policies & Important Information
Dog-Friendly Only: $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation (charged manually after booking). Unauthorized pets or violations of the dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine.
No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fee applies for violations.
Left Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for returned belongings.
Extended Stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee (added manually after booking).
Early Check-In (Standard 4:00 PM): Must be requested the day prior or morning of arrival. If approved, $15 per hour applies before 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out (Standard 10:00 AM): Must be requested the day prior to departure. If approved, $20 per hour applies after 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fine.
