Whether you're here with family, friends, or for a wedding at Stone House across the street, the house is set up so you can settle in and actually relax. Three bedrooms with two king beds and bunk beds, a kitchen ready for real cooking, and a quiet St. Charles neighborhood close to restaurants, wineries, and parks.

THE MAIN LEVEL

The front door opens into a comfortable living room with a large TV. Walk past the dining area into the kitchen, which is stocked for real cooking: pots, pans, Keurig and K-cups, a cooler bag with ice packs if you're heading out for the day, and tupperware for packing lunches.

Down the hall you'll find the main bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two more bedrooms across the hall: one with a king bed, one with bunk beds and a trundle bed that kids love. The second full bathroom has a bathtub.

THE LOWER LEVEL

A fully finished, bright hangout space with a large TV, cozy seating, a foosball table, arcade, games, indoor swing, and a dedicated play area with toys for younger kids. There’s also a workout area with yoga mats and weights, plus a desk and workspace for getting things done.

Baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs so toddlers and crawlers can roam safely on all levels of the house.

THE BACKYARD

The patio has a hot tub that is open year round. Light up the fire pit and make s'mores when the sun goes down. There is comfortable seating and a gas grill for cookouts. Beyond that, a big fenced yard where kids can run safely and everyone can play yard games. Towels for the hot tub are right by the back door.

THE LOCATION

We're in a quiet, safe neighborhood in St. Charles. Downtown Cottleville is nearby with shops and restaurants. Downtown St. Charles is about 15 minutes away. The highway gives you quick access to downtown St. Louis, the zoo and the airport. If you're here for a wedding at the Stone House venue, we're right across the street.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. Wireless chargers and phone/watch charging stations on the nightstands.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed. Wireless chargers and phone/watch charging stations on the nightstands. Shares the full hall bathroom (bathtub/shower combo).

Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Bunk beds w/trundle. Kid-favorite room. Shares the full hall bathroom.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Kitchen: Keurig, K-Cups, pots, pans, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, tupperware, cooler bag, ice packs.

Bathroom: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, toilet paper.

Baby and Kids: Pack-and-play, high chair, baby gates, step stool, baby bath, kid utensils, toys, books, indoor swing, foosball table.

Outdoors: Hot tub towels by the back door, s'mores supplies, firewood for the fire pit, yard games, gas grill with propane.

Extras: Washer and dryer, iron, night lights throughout the house.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a couple of storage closets and the garage. An access code to the home will be sent to you on the day of check-in.

Other things to note
The pack-and-play is in the basement storage room, where the washer and dryer are located. The driveway will hold multiple vehicles. Any additional vehicles will be allowed on the street.
