We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel.
During our stay, items were taken from our room by the cleaning person, and it was clear that she also had gone through our personal belongings. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious violation of trust and basic safety.
When we reported it, the manager, Sheila, initially appeared sympathetic and assured us she would make it right, including refunding one night to compensate for the situation and the missing items. Unfortunately, once we checked out, that promise was not honored. Instead, we received a refund of only $30, which doesn’t come close to addressing what was taken or the distress caused.
Since then, attempts to resolve the issue have been met with avoidance and lack of accountability. Communication has been inconsistent, and we have not received the resolution that was clearly promised.
If you value your belongings, your privacy, and honest customer service, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This experience left us feeling frustrated, misled, and completely unsupported.
