My family and I checked in at this hotel yesterday January 31st around 4:30pm - 5pm. Upon checking in to our room. We were already hearing loud noises from upstairs. We later on figured that there was a bunch of kids having a party in the room right above us. I’ve seen some of them couple times whenever I go down to the lobby to grab my doordash orders. We tried to be understanding and considerate and let them have fun even though we can barely get any sleep. Not to mention that we just had an exhausting flight from Alaska and this is our first visit in St. Louis because of some military business I need to take care of. Around 9:30 o’clock in the evening, noise became worse as it almost seemed like they were purposely jumping and stomping around. Since they are kids and I wasn’t sure if there was even any adults watching them. I’ve decided to come down and talk to the front desk agent to kindly ask if he can check or call that room to tell them to at least turn it down a little bit because they have been causing disturbances for hours & people are trying to sleep. But instead, the front desk clerk rudely told me to go to their room and tell them MYSELF. While I was there, one of the kids came down to get popcorn. The clerk added “there you go, tell him” and laughed. VERY unprofessional. We had to pack up and leave at 10pm with our toddler. Room is way too outdated + TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After all, we still got charged with FULL amount.
