Some type of flooring would be nice. Its all poured concrete which creats terrible acoustics when the TV is on. I never got the wifi password either. It was clean mostly, but there is minimal water damage to some of the drywall in the bathroom. Dish soap would also have been ideal instead of dishwasher pods.

The property was very clean. I was a little concerned with the check-in process due to the reviews left by other guests. There was a last minute change of my room because the room I originally booked had some sort of maintenance issue. Luckily, Lisa was able to get me a different room and was apologetic about the change! My only complaint was the mattress pad--it appeared to be a little dirty but I also tend to be critical of these things. Overall, I would recommend Landing and would stay here again!

We had a hard time getting in the building. There was no one working the front desk to let us in when the code wouldn’t work. Parking is a nightmare and ended up costing us 100 for the weekend. The shower faucet nearly came out of the wall when I turned it off. Also kinda unimportant, but a full length mirror of some sort would also be nice. I used the one in the gym to make sure my outfit looked ok. Overall disappointing and will more than likely stay elsewhere next time.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. To be fair, part of this is on me and the reluctance to share the abundance of information that was required with this 3rd party leasing company. I also had to download their specific app to get any information (another deterrent). When we walked into the unit, it was bare bones—as in no flooring, only bare warehouse concrete that had likely been vacuumed but never mopped/cleaned. Although the unit DID have all the bare essentials needed, this was not a comfy, take your shoes off and enjoy your stay experience. The advertised “pool” (something my husband was really looking forward to), was the size of a cold dip tub in most workout centers. Parking was probably the most frustrating experience of all as there is no instruction given of how that works in this city. Had we known we were to be in a parking garage, we would have brought our smaller vehicle. We honestly expected to find a boot on our truck at some point for having parked too long in the wrong place. No one was ever available at the front desk to offer assistance. I made several frantic phone calls to the Landing rep, and he tried to help as best he could. The location, however, was amazing! Location saved this experience for us. Going forward, I will avoid Landing and to be honest, will avoid using outside leasing agents even if that means avoiding VRBO.
Our initial impression: bare floors and a completely empty room (ended up being the laundry, so acceptable, but this was what we saw first.
Again, bare floors…cold and unpleasant in the middle of the night.

Great baseball trip

This property is in the best location, especially if you are going to any baseball games! Walking distance to the Gateway Arch also! Everything we did in St Louis was just a quick 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay there again! Great rooftop views also!

Excellent, aside from check-in challenge

The apartment was a terrific place for my son and I to stay and catch a couple Cardinals games over the weekend. The location couldn't be better as we only had to cross the street to enter the ballpark. I expected maybe there would be a fair amount of street noise given its proximity to the stadium but the apartment is on the interior of the building and was generally very quiet.The pool is very small, but was perfect for my son and I. We never saw anyone else using it.The kitchen was decently stocked, but we barely had cause to use it. We certainly could have prepared meals if we stayed longer.The only significant hang up was that the check-in instructions did not include the code to access the exterior building doors.Lisa, the local Landing manager, had texted earlier in the week to introduce herself and immediately answered her phone when we called. She gave me the code over the phone and we were able to get in. We never needed anything else from her. I was glad to have her contact information and was grateful she answered her phone. She mentioned the code should have been included in some e-mail about check-in but I never found it in my inbox or spam folder. Could have been worse, could have been better.Overall, I would absolutely stay again if I was in the area for baseball. Being able to leave the game and walk right into the apartment building was incredibly convenient.

Cardinals weekend

Had a great time. It really is an unbelievable location, especially if going to the Cardinals game. You walk out of the building and in the ticket line. Have never been that close to a stadium. We got a little lucky, found parking when we arrived. Never moved to the car. Not an issue. Had a blast in the ballpark village. Great location.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. This was located right across the outfield from the Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. So much fun in the area before, during and after the games. It was only a few blocks away walking distance from the Arch.

Awesome location and rooftop views

Came to St Louis for the Detroit Tigers series.We LOVED being able to walk out of the front door and be at the stadium.This area is great,felt safe.Ballpark village across the street which was very busy on game days,empty on non game days.Salt & Smoke right across the street the food was awesome!Dont recommend Crown hall food wasn't good.Sit on the Bud Deck Rooftop great view of the field and people watching & drinks before the game.7 minute walk to the Arch.Get tickets to go up into the arch it was really cool. We parked in the Gateway Arch parking garage.Download parkit app get a discount on parking.Game day parking is more than non game days. Do not recommend IMO's pizza we hated it. Highly recommend the Anheisher Busch tours spent a day there.Its a10 minute drive free parking lot,Lots of free beer.Busch stadium tour is also really great!Must do if you are a baseball fan.Our apartment was great.There was no view out of our window but we weren't there for that so I didn't care. Kitchen had everything we needed.NO toilet paper so bring your own we found a Target nearby to get some.The rooftop is amazing.You can see the stadium and the arch. We had some wine up there one night and we were the only people,awesome views. Easy in and out of the apartment didn't really see anyone during our stay & it was really quiet.Bed was comfortable,I have a bad back. Loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom.Concrete floors are rough on the feet & legs,bring house shoes.I would stay here again!!

Very nice property. Location is excellent...as long as you find free parking on the street...which we did and did not have move the car for our entire stay because location is perfect! Very clean and spacious!

Great location, but not as advertised.

This one is a bit of a mixed bag. The building was cool and in a great location if you’re going to see a Cardinals game or do anything historic downtown. The apartment was very clean and everyone we spoke to was very nice. But don’t believe basically anything else listed on the Vrbo. It says you’ll pay a small fee and then pay the rest later. Nope, the company that owns the apartment will take the entire payment on the same day. Vrbo says check-in is at 3. Well maybe, but it could be as late as 5 and they won’t give you a heads up as to which, you have to wait for a text to come in. Also you get a direct phone number for a person from the company but they take forever to answer. The pictures aren’t even accurate of the space, it’s a completely different apartment. It’s similar! But it’s not the same. Basically this place is run by a start up that still has a lot to work out. I would stay here again though, now that my expectations are adjusted.
