This is a three story home, with one bedroom located on the main floor, three bedrooms on the middle floor, and a loft space on the top floor which functions as our game room.

LOFT - Located at the 3rd floor: Sleeps 2 - Twin-over-Twin daybed pulls out to a King bed

The main-floor master bedroom offers a serene retreat when a break from the rest of the group is needed. This space features a king size bed, beautifully tall ceilings, and ensuite bathroom. This master bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

Three bedrooms are located on the middle floor. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a full bed, sleeping 4, in a bunk style bed. This room offers a laptop friendly workspace, equipped with private desk, to accomplish any work needs during your trip! The third and fourth bedrooms both offer two queen beds, and sleep 4 guests each. There is a full bathroom, equipped with an oversized shower/tub combo and two vanities located on this middle floor. The middle floor also features the laundry room-- perfect so you don`t have to lug your laundry up and down flights of stairs!

The loft area, located on the top floor, features our game room space, a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a twin-over-twin daybed, which pulls out into a comfortable King sized bed.

This homes offer a powder room downstairs in the first floor, as well as two full and spacious bathrooms upstairs. Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, tampons, Q-Tips, Cotton balls, as well as hair dryers, are complimentary and provided in each bathroom.

SmartTVs are available in each bedroom!

Our spacious kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space, making it perfect for preparing gourmet meals or simply enjoying a leisurely breakfast. ☆☆ RENTAL TERMS ☆☆

Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, which is sent in advance via email.

A $150.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.

Travel Insurance is available for purchase and recommended, as we do honor our cancellation policies.

For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.

☆☆ PET POLICY ☆☆

Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets $100 per stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property, and please note that there is no backyard space or fenced yard. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.

• No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission.
• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.
