*Recently remodeled* beautiful 3 bed, 2 full bath home that offers more than 1,600 SF. The natural light and open floor plan will have your mornings peaceful and your evenings full of fun and laughter. You’ll fall in love with the tall ceilings and arch openings, huge cozy couch, beautiful dining room, and the kitchen features everything you need for family meals. Hangout in the loft upstairs with a large TV sitting area and new bathroom. The upstairs has a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bathroom (standup shower only). Main floor has a full bathroom (tub / shower combo) and a bedroom with a king bed. Huge, private, backyard. Walking distance to Main Street!

We had a great stay at this home in St. Charles. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming feel right when we arrived. It was clear a lot of care has gone into making it a nice place to stay.Communication with the hosts was easy and appreciated — thank you for being so responsive and for sharing your home with us.There were just a couple of small maintenance items we noticed during our stay, which we shared directly, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Such a wonderful, clean, roomy and relaxing place to stay! This place is well taken care of and the cleanliness was top notch! I highly recommend this cute place! It is convenient, with a driveway for parking. We enjoyed our entire stay and we will be back!

Host is responsive. Did not need much involvement. Love this location and space for our family visiting our StL family. Fun location…walkable to historic STC. Loft upstairs super nice for our older kids (HS/college age) to have their area to hang. Huge sofa downstairs. Requests: couple of dining chairs in corner to be able to seat 8, rather than 6. Pot holders, addl drying dish towel, more table utensils to more closely match dish count. There are Lots of dishes/glasses!!

It was a lovely older remodeled home. Decorated beautiful and very roomy. The kitchen was great but my favorite was the dining room. I have family in st. Charles and would love to stay again and bring my well behaved , non shedding dog.

Unfortunately we were unable to make the trip to visit my family over the holidays. My wife’s mother passed the day after Christmas and our plans immediately shifted. We reached out to the property manager Ziggy, explained our situation and hoped for some compassion and an opportunity to reschedule the stay. Ziggy quickly reminded us of the policy and said he would review with the owner and get back with us. That was the last we heard from anyone. We can accept if the owner does not want to reschedule but at least have the manners to communicate the lack of compassion. They kept our money and I think that pay day for doing nothing at least deserves a response.

St Charles Stay

The property was just as the on line pictures showed. It's an older home but newly remodeled. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and a place to sit in the late afternoons and relax. Excellent location and an easy walk to main street. Several activities there to enjoy there. Nice and pretty quite neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Convenient and cozy

Great spot for a stay

Great spot for my extended family to stay while in town for a baby shower. House was super clean, very welcoming and perfect for our party of 8. Host was also very quick to respond to my questions. Great stay all around.

Great stay, great communication with hosts!

We stayed at this home for seven days recently and it was perfect for our family of 4. Each adult kid had their own room/space and the upstairs bathroom had plenty of privacy with a door between the shower room and sink/toilet area. The back patio cement was being replaced as we arrived but the hosts communicated that with us and the crew that was working was pleasant and stayed out of our way. We had required more TP and paper towel and the host replied promptly and resolved the situation quickly and easily. Only thing I would suggest is providing better kitchen utensils, the baby flipper was hard to flip eggs with 😄 and perhaps a larger frying pan would be nice. We love to cook when we stay at VRBO’s but maybe many don’t. Lastly, the location was ideal for us as our adult daughter attends Lindenwood University so was super close to us. It is also close to the grocery store, Starbucks, and lots of restaurants and Main Street. We would for sure stay here again!

Nice place for a few days in the greater St Louis area

Overall, house was great. A couple of suggestions would be a night light in bathrooms (for old folks like us) and a binder with instructions, like how to use the various tv remotes, how to operate the washer/dryer (not intuitive), etc. Arrival communication (which I think is through VRBO) had a few hiccups so I had to request info from the host prior to arrival which was supposed to be included in welcome communications...but this was no big deal. House was roomy, comfortable, and pretty well appointed. And...well located for all the things to do.
