It is awkward to get into the parking lot of the hotel; it feels like one is turning onto an on ramp to the highway. It works, it's just...surprising and non-intuitive.
The carts, rooms, and ice machine are quite nice. I like that there are adjoining room options.
Our shower wouldn't drain well, and the temperature adjustment for the shower is super awkward. I don't know if this is common in the hotel, or if it was just our room. It was difficult to get cold water from the tap, but I suspect that was due to the *weather* and heat wave rather than due to the hotel having a problem (I suspect it was the heat).
The towels are great, and the air conditioning works excellently. The blankets on the beds are...a bit thin and limited.
It was very difficult to get hold of the front desk. They did not answer the phone when using the room phone to call the front desk (with the "front desk" button OR with hitting 0 for operator). The hotel system sent us a text saying we could text back with questions...but they never responded. Additionally, the wifi was...spotty and inconsistent, which was frustrating.
The microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator were solid, and there were ample lights in the room. The TV was adequate, but we were locked out of most features, including the brightness, and everything was super dim on the screen. We were also locked out of the input buttons and couldn't plug in the computer or DVD Player without pulling and using the cable HDMI.
