🐾 PETS: Service animals are always welcome!! 1 small or medium dog allowed ($100 Pet Fee; message Madison to PRE-APPROVE.)

🔒 SECURITY - We have 2 Ring cameras: video doorbell pointing at front steps, and video floodlight pointing at back patio/steps. Cameras are motion-activated and record 24/7. There are NO cameras inside.

🚶🏽‍♀️WALK - Anheuser-Busch Brewery, grocery, coffee, dining, bars (but far enough away so there's no bar noise outside)

😴  We are 6-8 blocks from "downtown Soulard;" no worries about noise & late-night partying around our place.

🍻 Soulard is home to ANHEUSER-BUSCH'S flagship brewery...and it's just 2 BLOCKS away. Be sure to reserve a TOUR; they are fascinating AND you get free beer!  You can meet some retired Clydesdales, too.

🎭📿 Soulard is acclaimed for its MARDI GRAS PARADE...the 2nd-largest in the US! "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll!

🛣️ We are only minutes away from 5 INTERSTATES, so we're literally MINUTES from anything you could want to do in the St Louis metro area.

🎉 Please be respectful of our NEIGHBORS and keep noise to a reasonable level. NO EXCESSIVE NOISE 11pm-8am. And ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

👫 You may have local GUESTS visit, but they need to leave before Midnight daily. Please give Madison a heads-up on how many you expect BEFORE they come over. 



📙 Direct Booking Guests will receive an app to reference during your stay, but Airbnb Guests will need to read through the printed Welcome Book in the Living Room. We provide extensive local recommendations, our House Manual & Rules, and other important stuff.  If you still have questions, Madison is always happy to help.
