Property was a great location for our purposes, to see Lewis and Clark info and to drive along the Missouri River. Comfortable, plenty of towels, enjoyed deck in back.

3-day stay for 4-person family

This home worked out perfectly for us. Everything was clean and everything we operated worked well (bathrooms, showers, refrigerator, ceiling fans, TVs, clothes dryer, coffee maker, microwave.) The beds were all super comfortable. We liked having some extra space in the basement in case someone wanted to be off on their own for a bit. It's a very convenient location for anyone visiting, with easy access to I-70 and to MO-94/MO-364, and especially good for us since my sister lives about a mile from there. The owners were extremely prompt when contacted upon arrival (I asked for the location of spare light bulbs) even though it was fairly late (10:30 or 11p). They let me know I could contact them for anything at any time, which was very nice. Highly recommend this home for other renters.

Great weekend gathering

We stayed here while in St. Charles for my son's wedding. The space was perfect for our family gathering. There was room for the kids to play. Loved the extra refrigerator in garage. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for all.

Just what we needed

Three kids, parents and dog…. Was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfy. Kitchen well stocked. We have two very large vehicles (ram 2500 and suburban) so the driveway was tight but workable.

Great location, home, communication, and little touches

Wonderful place. I would highly recommend. A ton of small touches, and has everything you could need for a nice and relaxing stay. The home is located within 10 minutes to anything you could want.

Lovely home!

We have enjoyed our time in the St. Charles/St. Louis area. Mark and Mandi have gone the extra mile in making this home warm and inviting. Lots of little touches that go a long way in making it special.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful experience at my stay here! I had a group of friends stay in this house and they were more than accommodating! I would recommend this house to anyone! They were very nice and great at communicating. 10/10 would book again!

Perfect stay!

Great location for our dance competition at the St. Charles Convention Center and for exploring downtown St. Louis. Very well equipped and comfy house with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was awesome and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Lovely Stay!

We stayed one night to attend a funeral and it was a wonderful stay for not so wonderful circumstances. Once we arrived we had beautiful flowers and a tray of cookies waiting for us with a condolence note. It is the little touches that really mean a lot! Lots of room for everyone and the kids loved the train table downstairs! I would definitely recommend a stay!

Great place for our family!

This house was great and easily accommodated our large family. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The booking and check-in process was easy and the owner's were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return if ever back in St. Charles!

A great place in St. Charles

While a little removed from the action of Main Street, this rental is great for a large family needing clean, comfortable accommodations in the area. The neighborhood was nice and even though it isn’t in all of the action, it is not terribly far from it all. Mandi was great when we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door when we left the first time - quick and kind response. The house is great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we are in the area and need the comforts of home and the space to spread out in.

Great Stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for - great location and beautiful home. Hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in and check out was a breeze. Also the beds were extremely comfortable!

Mostly satisfied

The property had a lot of needed items and the communication and ease of checking in and out was good. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Back deck was filled with dead leaves. Outside garbage had not been picked up and there was not room for us to add ours. Washer had wet blanket in it and dryer was going when we arrived. One of our guests finished the load in dryer, folded laundry and transferred wet blanket to dryer and folded that. House could really use a good interior cleaning. Other than that we enjoyed the property

Great location, spacious house, great communication

This house fit 10 of us quite comfortably - 7 adults, 3 kiddos. The house was also perfectly located for us - 14 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Stone House, where we were attending a family wedding. The furnishings are all new and the beds are very very comfortable - probably the most comfy beds I have ever had in a vacation rental! The house was also super clean, and Mandi and Mark were very communicative with us before and during our stay. Water pressure and temperature in the showers was great - even with 7 people needing to shower, we never ran out of hot water. Note if you have small children, the stairs out back as well as the ones to the basement are a bit steep and harrowing, so keep an eye on them. Kitchen had just about everything we needed and we had groceries delivered to the house for our stay. The appliances are old and the oven was on the fritz but we were able to cook our meals - I've followed up with the owner about that and they were very responsive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will look this property and owner up if we are back in the area again!

Amazing house and host

This house is absolutely amazing! It’s decorated so cute and it’s very clean. The process was so easy and the hosts are great and will make sure you have everything you need. You can contact them anytime and they quickly respond back. The house is stocked with so many things pot and pans, towels, bedding, etc. it’s truly makes you feel at home. The bedrooms are great. Beds are comfortable and every bedroom has its own tv. This house is perfect and has plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this house to anyone and I would definitely book it again.

Great Place to Stay For St. Charles/St. Louis Vacation

Property is a well cared for house in a nice neighborhood. Wonderful decorating touches throughout, plenty of towels and little extra amenities in case you've forgotten anything. There are three bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, TVs in each room, and lots of space for relaxing (upstairs living room and family room downstairs) our family of four was very comfortable during our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area (my boys said we have to). A bonus for the kids was a very nice water park only a couple of minutes away. The owners were very easy to work with and let us know that they were reachable if we had any needs. Overall - a great home away from home.

Unbelievable Accommodations, House and Host

From the time we contacted Mark and Mandi to request a booking, we were overwhelmed with their quick responses and their kindness. We have never experienced a VRBO with hosts as helpful and willing to do anything for us to have a great stay. The home was beautiful. With the decor, to the space and especially, how comfortable the beds were. My wife tried to book another night but it was not available. Most of the VRBO homes come with the basic necessities, but they had everything well above and beyond. The amount or space was huge and really clean. I highly recommend this VRBO. The best rental we have ever stayed in by far. We will be returning anytime we are looking for a home. Only downfall, the calender seems booked a bunch.

Great family house close to Saint Charles

Our family, which consists of three couples, was looking for a place to stay close to Saint Charles and this house was the perfect find! Mark & Mandi were quick to respond to any questions we had on the property and were overall just fantastic host! When we arrived the house was clean & so well stocked with many extra amenities just in case we had forgotten anything. Each of our rooms had new bedding and very comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms all had clean/new towels as well. The living room off the kitchen was the perfect place for us to all hang out. The family room in the basement was larger & had plenty of room for larger families to gather. There was a train table & basket of books for little ones too, which was a nice extra touch. The patio was perfect to sit out on in the afternoon to relax, visit & have some appetizers & drinks. The house was all very nicely decorated with modern furniture. We would for sure use this house again for our next trip to Saint Charles or the St. Louis area!

Property was just as described and couldn't have worked out better for our stay. The hosts were great and made sure we were able to checkin easily and asked if we needed anything which we did not because everything was there!
