Great place, close to everything

The house was very well maintained and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space throughout the home. The garage was a bonus and we appreciated having that space as well. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely stay with them again if we ever go back to St Louis. Thank you!!

Great once inside

I stayed in this property with another female friend of mine, and honestly when we first pulled up to the property, we were slightly terrified. Take into mind, it was pitch dark, with very little street lighting. Within 5 minutes of property, we noticed a ton of trash everywhere, graffiti, boarded up windows, etc... and it just felt unsafe. We thought about getting a hotel instead, I'm glad we didn't. I was thankful there was a garage we could pull into and enter from back of house, instead of the front. That was actually the only reason we stayed. We did feel very secure once inside, and Joe, the host was very kind and responsive. The beds were wonderful, the house was decorated very tastefully. The water pressure was great. I loved the stain glass and character inside. I think a man traveling alone or couple would feel perfectly fine, but I'd advise against this location if you are a female traveling alone, or mom with young children. Happy travels.

Disrespectful family

Overall Joe is a great communicator, I had family come up and just messed my name up completely. You try to do stuff for your family and then they turn around an do exactly what you say not to do. Now I see why no one rents to locals cause of BS like this. Once again Sorry for the disrespect to you your neighbors and home.

Interesting

Once we got into the rental space, it was very clean. However, the instructions for using the keypad were not accurate. More words were needed to explain how to use this type of door combination. The back entry door never worked so we had to obtain entry through the front. Not sure why this couldn't be used the entire time.Also, an explanation for the TV remotes and the kitchen sink- no garbage disposal.Cutest red refrigerator! They forgot to clean the stove so we didn't use it. I felt I didn't travel to clean someone else's stove. Bathroom hand towels would be great to dry hands after washing.Overall good rating

Perfect for our needs

We came up from Florida to spend a few days with the kids and have an early Thanksgiving dinner. Joe had everything I needed there for cooking utensils and I bought all the food and spices. Beautiful, comfortable home and perfect for our needs. Joe was easily reached for needs. Will definitely stay again.

Great inside.

The outside was a little rough and I wouldn’t probably stay there again with my kids. It was close to thing's, clean and comfortable inside. I just didn’t feel safe with my babies.

Stylish and comfortable

This is a great value! The apartment is very stylish, clean and comfortable. My family was very comfortable in the apartment during our stay, but the neighborhood was not for us. The host is incredibly responsive. Having the garage was great as most people park on the street and it would have been difficult to find a spot without it.
