boutique-hotelli. Majoitusliikkeen ympäristö oli kaunis ja
hyvin hoidettu. Suurin osa palveluista sujui hyvin. Kun esim.
wc:n huuhtelu meni epäkuntoon, korjaaja tuli heti soitettuani
conciergelle. Ainoastaan pesula-palvelu ei toiminut aivan
odotusten mukaan. Jättäessäni pyykkiä pestäväksi pyykkipussiin sänkyni päälle keskiviikkona sitä ei ollut noudettu vielä perjantainakaan. Mukana oli asianmukaisesti
täytetty pesulalappu....
”Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. The resort is lovely, serene and breathtaking. Well definitely recommend and stay again.”
”We loved everything about it- even though there was a couple of things that were disappointing.. don't know if it was because of the renovating and transforming to Capella from Discovery Marigot,but the staff was sometimes a bit asleep so to say. We got wrong bills , ordered things like coffee while eating lunch and it never came..
All in all it didn't have that much influence to our holiday,staff was so nice and polite,each and every one of them.
Tv in the room was bad,obviously it was reported...
”We stayed in a very quaint little apartment style facility. The manager was very easy to deal with for our late check in. The housekeeper was very pleasant and went above and beyond. When she came into our room to do her job she left cute little displays for us with flowers and on our bed. I will definitely stay there again if it's available next time I plan my trip there.”
