”The floors in the room were not swept or vacuumed. There was soda spillage on the walls, and the doors. The light switch was iffy, and the door locks needed adjusting to lock correctly.”

”Hyvä uusi paikka”

”Excellent service and very clean”

”We enjoyed our stay, just wished had the king size bedroom we had booked.”

”I'm not sure what certain people expect , it was everything I paid for , the only thing was the Tv and trying to get to the free channels took getting use to and I'm used to a constant fan on while sleeping and I couldn't find that option on the wall mount thermostat.. the breakfast was excellent, nicely laid out ..”

”Better than I expected. We were both pleased with the place and our room. A little off the beaten path but worth seeking out.”

”Firstly, the staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was fine. BUT… 1. The AC was weirdly loud all night and 2.Did not cool to the temperature set. 3. My shower started out lukewarm and turned cold after 60 seconds for the duration. 4. I had a 3rd floor room that the elevator went up to but was broken to come down- the button was broken. ”Easy check in. Friendly and efficient associate checked Us in . I believe his name was Steve. Large comfortable clean room. A/c and Heat controls easy to use. Nice walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Easy checkout.”

”The hotel needs to be updated. Our room overlooked the roof and machines. Upon walking to our room we noticed the door was left open. The staff was great. Very close proximity to the park. You can actually walk over.”

”Place had a great vibe, clean and bar was nice”

”Was greeted by only staff as soon as I arrived, even though I arrived late after a long day of travel. They have a bar attached that had great music and had a good vibe. When I got to my room it was spacious, it was clean and ready for me to have a great nights sleep. I was told the night before that there would be breakfast served in the morning beginning at 6 AM. I got to breakfast around eight something food was hot fresh and delicious. Everyone that I encountered that worked here was an...

”Beautiful property! It was the highlight of our trip! We were there for the Paul Short invite. Hotels were overpriced so we stayed here…so happy we did! Restaurant on site was amazing.”

”Once I got to this hotel after driving 3 hours, they told me there was an emergency with some of the rooms and mine was one of them. Then they sent me to the Moxy Hotel, a VERY busy hotel, overly modern and a bar in the check in/checkout area. Nothing like the old world charm of the Renaissance Hotel. They didn’t refund me, only said they would pay for my room at the Moxy Hotel . Once I checked in at The Moxy, they told me that “the Renaissance overbooked themselves again, now we have to fix...
